DealerQuikSM FAQs

ADDITIONAL QUESTIONS ANSWERED

Q. When consumers call the DealerQuik toll-free number, how is their location identified?
A.
The DealerQuik Network uses GeoDataSM technology to immediately identify the caller's latitude/longitude, and then locate the closest dealer to those coordinates, enabling seamless service throughout the United States and Canada.

Q. What if there is more than one dealer in an area?
A.
DealerQuik
Network calls are routed to the dealer located closest to the caller's latitude/longitude. When more than one dealer is in the same area, the Network's LogicOrderSM technology automatically allocates calls to dealers in a logical 1, 2, 3 order. All dealers are guaranteed to receive their fair share of potential customers, and LogicOrder tracks the number of calls to each dealer.

Q. What happens if there is not a dealer in the area?
A.
You may decide what message you want the consumer to receive at this point. Typically, consumers are directed to mail order/catalog suppliers, so you don't miss the sale. The call can also be routed back to your own customer service department.

Q. Who decides what the message is and how it is handled?
A.
You decide exactly what message you want your shopper to hear, and we handle the rest of the process and submit for your approval. We can also work to tie your current advertising themes into your messages

Q. What happens when the dealer's line is busy or the consumer calls when the dealer is closed?
A.
The caller is given an appropriate message and the dealer's phone number. The caller is then asked to call back later or when the dealer is open.

Q. What is InfoScrubSM?
A.
InfoScrub is a series of content management filters that are used to verify the quality of your dealer list. All phone numbers are cross-matched with area codes to ensure that the most current area codes are used. In addition, a search is conducted for missing street addresses which are required when directing a consumer to a physical store location. InfoScrub Reports are sent to you so that you may update your phone number files and/or supply the appropriate street addresses for your dealers.

Q. How do I budget for DealerQuik?
A.
There is a one-time set up fee, regardless of the size of your dealer referral list. The fee also includes customized voice recordings, set-up and testing. The ongoing monthly administration fee is a flat rate. The only variable is the number of consumers who will call the DealerQuik Network, and this will of course vary with the number of ads placed, media used and offers presented. We can provide a Service Quote and let you know what those costs will be.
